The Lawn Lot

Instead of the usual depressing sight of headstones prevalent in public cemeteries, Pryce Gardens memorializes your departed loved ones with simple marble tablets set flush within a well-kept Lawn Lot.

• A unit refers to one (1) grave lot measuring 1.0 meter in width by 2.44 meters in length. It is single-tiered with only one (1) vault.

• Only one (1) body and not more than two (2) sets of bone remains or cinerary remains may be interred in the vault

• Only the prescribed marker or tablet measuring 18" x 24" x 3" thick (marble or granite) may be placed parallel or flushed to the ground.

• The bone vault shall be used for bone remains or cinerary remains prior to fresh body burial.

• Only below-ground interment is allowed in the Lawn Lot areas.






The Garden Lots
Families who desire a special memorial to their loved ones can avail of elegantly designed 4-lot or 8-lot Gardens.

A. 4-lot Garden

• Each of the four (4) lots measure 1.0 meter in width by 2.44 meters in length.

• One (1) of the lots is double-tiered (as determined by the Association). The other    three (3) lots are single-tiered. This leads to a total of five (5) vaults.

• It may inter five (5) bodies, placed in the five (5) vaults. No more than two (2) sets of bone remains or cinerary remains can be placed per vault. Two (2) exhumations are allowed.

• One designated lot may be paved with marble or granite finish, then leveled with the groundor elevated by a maximum of 2 inches. On this lot a supermarker measuring 36" x 36" x 3" thick may be placed on top of the pavement. A smaller marker measuring 18" x 24" x 3" thick and flushed to the ground may be placed on the other lots.




B. 8- lot Garden

• Each of the eight (8) lots measure 1.0 meter in width by 2.44 meters in length.

• Two (2) of the lots are double-tiered (as determined by the Association). The other six (6) are single-tiered, hence a total of ten (10) vaults.

• The lot garden may inter ten (10) bodies in ten (10) vaults. No more than two (2) sets of bone remains or cinerary remains can be placed per vault. Four (4) exhumations are allowed.


• Two (2) designated lots may be paved with marble or granite finish, leveled with the ground or elevated by a maximum of 2 inches. On two lots, a supermarker    measuring 36" x 36" x 3" thick may be placed on top of the pavement. A smaller marker measuring 18" x    24" x 3" thick and flushed to the ground may be placed on the other lots.





The Estate Lots

A. 15-Lot Family Estate

• The unit consists of fifteen (15) individual grave lots. Each lot measures 1.0 meter in    width by 2.50 meters in length.

• It may inter as many as twenty-seven (27) bodies (when there is no structure/mausoleum).

• On this lot, only an open-type Mausoleum building is permitted.

• The memorial structure may not contain more than three (3) above-ground vaults OR    the permitted number of niches in their stead.

• The height of the Mausoleum building should not exceed three (3) meters above    ground level.








B. 24-Lot Family Estate

• The unit consists of twenty four (24) individual grave lots. Each lot measures 1.0    meter in width by 2.44 meters in length.

• May inter as many as fifty four (54) bodies (when there is no structure/mausoleum).

• On this lot, both open-type or close-type Mausoleum building (memorial structure) are permitted. The construction of a comfort room in the mausoleum is allowed. The    height limit of the memorial structure (mausoleum) is 4.0 meters above ground level.

• An open-type memorial structure (mausoleum) may contain a maximum of six (6) above-ground vaults, or alternatively, the permitted number of niches in their stead.

• A close-type memorial structure (mausoleum) may contain a maximum of twelve (12) above-ground vaults, or alternatively, the permitted number of niches in their stead.
• The fencing around the property should not exceed 30 cm. or 12 inch. from the ground level; requires approval by the association.
